Temporary Returns Notice


Effective immediately, GFM VIP Inc is temporarily unable to accept returns.

Returns will resume on April 20, 2026.


Orders placed during this period are still subject to all other terms of this Refund & Returns Policy, including final-sale items and eligibility requirements once returns resume.


This temporary pause does not apply to damaged or incorrect items, which will continue to be handled on a case-by-case basis.



Eligible Returns (Effective April 20, 2026)

Clothing items only may be returned within 25 days of delivery.

Returned clothing must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.



Non-Returnable Items


Due to health, safety, customization, and perishable considerations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Food, candy, beverages, and consumable items

Personal care, wellness, or hygiene products

Floral arrangements and plants

Gift boxes, curated sets, and mystery boxes

Personalized or custom items

Bulk, corporate, or concierge orders



How to Request a Return (Effective April 20, 2026)


To request a return, you must contact us within 25 days of delivery.

Return requests cannot be initiated by phone.



Return Approval & Shipping

All returns require prior approval before being sent back.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.



Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can assist you.



Additional Policy Terms

GFM VIP Inc reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
