We operate as a boutique floral and concierge gifting service, not a traditional walk-in flower shop.

  • Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.

Appointments & Consultations



Floral orders and custom bouquet requests are handled by scheduled appointment only.


  • Appointments are conducted virtually or, when appropriate, at an agreed-upon public location.
  • Consultations allow us to review availability, design preferences, budget, and timeline before confirming an order.
  • This process ensures thoughtful planning and clear expectations for custom floral work.






Ordering, Lead Time & Minimums



  • Floral orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ advance notice, depending on product availability.
  • Same-day or next-day floral orders are not available.
  • Custom floral arrangements and concierge floral requests require a minimum spend of $60, subject to availability.
  • Corporate, event, or bulk floral orders require advance coordination and written approval.



Estimated preparation and delivery timelines will be confirmed once order details are finalized.





Order Size & Preparation Time



Larger floral orders, event arrangements, and multi-item requests may require additional preparation time due to order size, design complexity, and product availability. Completion and delivery timelines will be communicated after order review and confirmation.





Service Area



GFM VIP Inc provides floral arrangements and flower gifting services within Connecticut (CT), Rhode Island (RI), and Massachusetts (MA).


Floral delivery and service are currently limited to these areas. Out-of-state floral shipping is not available at this time.





Delivery Information



  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delivery availability is subject to location within CT, RI, and MA, as well as product availability and scheduling.
  • GFM VIP Inc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once delivered, care and handling of flowers are the responsibility of the recipient.






Final Sale Policy



Due to the perishable nature of floral products:


  • All floral and flower gifts are final sale.
  • Refunds or replacements are only considered for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo documentation.

Floral gifting for businesses, healthcare organizations, events, and professional settings may be subject to:
