For $29/month, members receive:

Price: $29/month
Billing: Recurring monthly membership
Best for: Personal gifting with ongoing concierge assistance
Membership fees cover concierge access and included membership services. Gifts, merchandise, shipping, taxes, customization, vendor charges, and other purchases are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
After enrollment, members complete the GFM VIP Concierge Membership Enrollment Form so we can set up important dates, recipients, preferences, and gifting information.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Currently, we only offer Canada as international
Returns
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Please note that items in the [Final Sale Collection] cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
