GFM VIP Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical merchandise and applicable fulfillment services provided by GFM VIP Inc. (“GFM VIP”).

Because GFM VIP offers standard retail merchandise as well as custom sourcing, concierge services, memberships, floral products, corporate gifting, bulk orders, multi-recipient projects, and other customized gifting solutions, shipping and delivery requirements may vary by order type.

1. Standard Retail Order Processing

In-stock retail merchandise is generally processed according to the timeframe shown on the product page, checkout, or order confirmation.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders are generally processed during GFM VIP business days and are not normally shipped on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may be longer for:

  • Preorders.
  • Special-order merchandise.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Curated gift boxes.
  • Floral products.
  • Concierge-sourced merchandise.
  • Corporate or bulk orders.
  • Large or complex projects.
  • Multi-recipient orders.
  • International shipments.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates

Shipping and delivery dates shown on the website, at checkout, in carrier systems, in quotes, or in other communications are estimates unless GFM VIP expressly agrees to a guaranteed date in writing.

Carrier transit estimates begin after the merchandise has been transferred to the applicable carrier.

A checkout-generated delivery estimate may not accurately reflect the processing requirements of a custom, concierge, corporate, bulk, preorder, floral, membership, or special-order project.

When an order requires a different timeline, GFM VIP may provide the customer with a project-specific estimated shipping date.

If GFM VIP learns that merchandise cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and available options in accordance with applicable law.

3. Custom, Personalized & Preorder Merchandise

Custom, personalized, specially sourced, and preorder products may require additional processing or production time.

The estimated date displayed by an automated checkout system does not replace a project-specific timeline provided by GFM VIP for these orders.

When appropriate, customers will receive updated information regarding when merchandise is expected to leave GFM VIP or the applicable fulfillment location.

4. Concierge Orders

Concierge projects may involve research, sourcing, vendor ordering, customization, gift preparation, and other services before merchandise is ready to ship.

The concierge service fee does not necessarily include:

  • Merchandise costs.
  • Shipping.
  • Local delivery.
  • Rush delivery.
  • International shipping.
  • Duties or taxes.
  • Multi-recipient fulfillment charges.

unless specifically stated in the applicable service description, membership benefit, quote, or written agreement.

Shipping timelines for concierge merchandise begin after the applicable products have been sourced, received when necessary, prepared, and approved for fulfillment.

5. Corporate, Bulk & Large Projects

Corporate, bulk, customized, and large gifting projects are handled according to the requirements of the individual project.

Before fulfillment, GFM VIP may review:

  • Quantity.
  • Product availability.
  • Vendor lead times.
  • Packaging requirements.
  • Customization.
  • Number of destinations.
  • Recipient addresses.
  • Shipping method.
  • Weight and dimensions.
  • Requested delivery date.
  • Domestic or international destination.
  • Freight or carrier requirements.

Corporate and large-project shipping timelines may differ from standard website estimates.

The applicable quote, invoice, project agreement, or written approval may contain additional shipping terms.

6. Shipping Charges for Large & Custom Projects

Shipping estimates for corporate, bulk, custom, concierge, international, or other large projects may change before the merchandise is ready to ship.

Final shipping cost may depend on factors including:

  • Actual packaged weight.
  • Package dimensions.
  • Number of cartons or pallets.
  • Number of recipient addresses.
  • Destination.
  • Carrier.
  • Insurance.
  • Freight requirements.
  • Requested delivery speed.
  • Fuel or carrier surcharges.
  • International documentation.
  • Duties or taxes when applicable.

When exact shipping cost cannot reasonably be determined at the beginning of a project, GFM VIP may calculate or reverify shipping closer to the scheduled shipment date.

Customers will be informed of material shipping-cost adjustments before the applicable shipment is released when additional approval or payment is required.

7. Multi-Recipient Shipping

GFM VIP may coordinate shipments to multiple recipients or locations.

Each destination may have separate:

  • Shipping charges.
  • Packaging requirements.
  • Tracking numbers.
  • Delivery timelines.
  • Address-processing requirements.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information by the applicable project deadline.

Changes submitted after fulfillment preparation begins may result in additional charges or delays.

8. Memberships & Recurring Services

Some GFM VIP memberships or recurring services may include physical products, gifts, mailings, or other shipped benefits.

Shipping terms for those benefits will be stated in the applicable membership description or membership agreement.

Some membership prices may include designated shipping benefits, while other merchandise, special requests, upgraded shipping, international delivery, or additional recipients may require separate charges.

A service-only or digital membership does not require physical shipping unless a physical benefit is specifically included.

9. Floral & Local Delivery

Floral arrangements and other locally delivered products may be subject to separate delivery areas, appointment requirements, delivery fees, minimum order amounts, and scheduling availability.

Local delivery availability is not guaranteed for every location or requested date.

Perishable products may require delivery methods different from standard parcel shipping.

GFM VIP may decline or modify a requested delivery method when reasonably necessary to protect the product or accommodate delivery conditions.

10. Shipping Methods & Carriers

GFM VIP may use third-party carriers, couriers, freight companies, local delivery providers, or other authorized logistics providers.

Available shipping methods depend on the order, destination, merchandise, and project requirements.

Carrier-provided delivery dates are estimates unless the applicable carrier service specifically provides a guarantee.

GFM VIP may select or change an appropriate carrier or service when reasonably necessary for fulfillment.

11. Customer-Selected Shipping Providers

For certain corporate, bulk, international, freight, or large projects, GFM VIP may permit a customer to arrange an approved:

  • Freight forwarder.
  • Courier.
  • Trucking company.
  • Shipping company.
  • Customs broker.
  • Warehouse.
  • Other logistics provider.

The arrangement must be approved by GFM VIP before merchandise is released.

GFM VIP may request reasonable verification of the shipping company, pickup authorization, destination, or other logistics information before releasing high-value merchandise.

Any costs or responsibilities associated with a customer-selected provider will be addressed in the applicable project terms.

12. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

This includes:

  • Recipient name.
  • Street address.
  • Apartment, suite, unit, or building number.
  • City.
  • State or province.
  • Postal code.
  • Country.
  • Contact information when required by the carrier.

GFM VIP is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly submitted information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be rerouted, corrected, reshipped, or returned because of an address error.

13. Address Changes

Address-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

GFM VIP cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing, customization, packing, carrier pickup, or shipment has begun.

Large, high-value, corporate, or international orders may require additional verification before a significant shipping-address change is approved.

14. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will generally receive shipping confirmation after the applicable shipment has been prepared or accepted by the carrier.

Large or multi-recipient projects may generate multiple tracking numbers.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable carrier and may not update immediately after the label is created.

15. Split & Partial Shipments

GFM VIP may ship an order in multiple packages when appropriate because of:

  • Product availability.
  • Vendor timing.
  • Package size.
  • Multiple recipients.
  • Custom production.
  • International logistics.
  • Customer-approved project requirements.

When practical, customers will be informed when a project is expected to ship in separate parts.

16. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside GFM VIP’s reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier disruptions.
  • Severe weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Supply-chain interruptions.
  • Vendor delays.
  • Customs processing.
  • Labor disruptions.
  • Government actions.
  • Transportation interruptions.
  • Emergencies.
  • Incorrect recipient information.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

When GFM VIP becomes aware that its own promised shipment timeframe cannot be met, GFM VIP will communicate with the customer and provide appropriate options as required by applicable law.

Once merchandise has been transferred to a carrier, carrier delays may affect the final delivery date.

17. Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package is delayed, missing, or delivered but the recipient cannot locate it, please contact GFM VIP and the applicable carrier as soon as reasonably possible.

GFM VIP may assist with available carrier information or claims when appropriate.

Resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment, carrier procedures, insurance coverage, applicable project terms, and applicable law.

A package being marked “delivered” does not prevent GFM VIP from reviewing a legitimate delivery concern.

18. Damaged Shipments

If merchandise arrives damaged, please contact:

disputes@gfmvipinc.vip

For shipping damage, we ask that customers report the issue within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible so that GFM VIP can investigate promptly.

Please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the damage.
  • Photographs of the merchandise.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging.
  • Photographs of shipping labels when requested.

Customers should retain damaged merchandise and packaging until GFM VIP provides instructions.

The requested reporting period does not eliminate rights that may apply under applicable law.

19. Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Packages may be returned because of:

  • Incorrect addresses.
  • Incomplete addresses.
  • Recipient refusal.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Carrier restrictions.
  • Customs issues.
  • Failure to collect a held shipment.

Additional shipping, handling, storage, customs, or reshipping charges may apply.

Custom, personalized, floral, perishable, concierge, corporate, bulk, and other final-sale products do not become refundable solely because delivery was refused or unsuccessful.

20. International Shipping

International orders and projects are reviewed individually.

Available destinations may vary based on:

  • Product type.
  • Destination-country rules.
  • Carrier availability.
  • Customs requirements.
  • Project value.
  • Shipping method.
  • Import restrictions.

International shipments may require:

  • Customs declarations.
  • Commercial invoices.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Country-of-origin information.
  • Duties.
  • Taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Import documentation.
  • Other destination-specific requirements.

Unless GFM VIP agrees otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for charges assigned to them under the applicable quote, shipping arrangement, or destination requirements.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

GFM VIP cannot guarantee international customs-clearance or final delivery dates.

21. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be required, recommended, included, or offered separately depending on the value, carrier, destination, or project requirements.

Any insurance arrangements for a corporate, international, freight, or high-value project will be addressed in the applicable shipping quote or project agreement when applicable.

22. Shipping Fees & Refunds

Shipping, delivery, freight, rush, insurance, customs, and similar third-party fulfillment charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has been purchased or performed, except where GFM VIP is responsible for an error or where otherwise required by law.

Eligibility for merchandise refunds is governed by the GFM VIP Refund & Returns Policy.

23. Services Without Physical Shipment

Certain GFM VIP services do not involve the shipment of physical merchandise.

Examples may include:

  • Service-only concierge fees.
  • Consultations.
  • Digital products.
  • Certain memberships.
  • Other non-physical services.

Automated shipping estimates displayed by an ecommerce platform do not apply to a service that does not require physical shipment.

If a service later includes physical merchandise, the applicable shipping terms will be communicated as part of the order or project.

24. Project-Specific Agreements

Corporate, bulk, custom, international, concierge, membership, or other specialized projects may have shipping terms contained in a:

  • Quote.
  • Invoice.
  • Contract.
  • Membership agreement.
  • Project approval.
  • Other written communication.

When a project-specific written agreement contains shipping provisions that differ from this general policy, the project-specific terms will control for that project to the extent permitted by law.
