GFM Reminder is our entry-level concierge membership designed for clients who want help staying ahead of birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, milestones, and other meaningful dates.
For $12/month, members receive:
- Occasion and important-date tracking based on information you provide
- Personalized gifting reminders
- A basic gifting calendar
- Gift ideas and inspiration
- Standard GFM VIP concierge access when purchasing eligible gifts
- Email support for membership-related gifting needs
Simply provide the important dates and recipient information you would like GFM VIP to track, and we’ll help keep gifting from becoming a last-minute task.
Membership Details
Price: $12/month
Billing: Recurring monthly membership
Best for: Personal gifting and simple ongoing reminder support
Membership fees cover concierge access and included membership services. Gifts, merchandise, shipping, taxes, customization, vendor charges, and other purchases are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
After enrollment, members will complete the GFM VIP Concierge Membership Enrollment Form so we can begin setting up important dates, recipients, preferences, and reminder timing.

We aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our customers. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Issues:

International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer Canada as international
Returns
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Please note that items in the [Final Sale Collection] cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Via the contact page with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2.Ship Item Back: Place the item securely in its original packaging, affix the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
