Custom & Preorder Orders

Custom, personalized, and preorder items require additional processing time and may not ship by the estimated date displayed at checkout.

Custom and preorder orders will receive a separate email notification with updated estimated shipping details once the order is ready to ship from our location.

Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been shipped or marked delivered by the carrier.

GFM VIP Inc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the carrier.



Delays & Carrier Issues

GFM VIP Inc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable due to delivery delays.



Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can assist you.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.



International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
